Today I wasn't going to post something. I
wanted day of. Yesterday my daughter and I went shopping. We had a lot of fun together but since it’s a busy
time here, I was rather tired. Making some pictures of my new stuff was all I’d
planned to do. But then I drew my daily card and it was Making a Choice of the
Enchanted Map Oracle Cards. It made me Laugh. Of course you can interpret this
card on a very in depth level about life choices but the only thing that came to
mind was me and my daughter trying to make up our mind about what to buy and what
to leave in the store. J
Among other
things I was lucky to find some book boxes. These are boxes that look like
books. The tiny ones were precisely big enough to store a tarotdeck, the slightly
larger ones, I will use to put a deck and its guidebook in perhaps with some crystals
or herbs; I don’t’ really know yet but I
loved them so much and had to take them home with me.

Don't you just love how the cards can be so literal sometimes, lol. The book boxes are a great find and perfect for housing your decks. :)
ReplyDeleteYes I do love that. It's just as if they have a sense of humor :)
DeleteNIce boxes! Yes, the card interpretation is cute :) Sometimes they really are pretty literal, and I find that fantastically refreshing!
ReplyDeleteI am totally in love with them. (and they were sooo cheap!)
DeleteThis card will be for ever my shopping spree card LOL
Beautiful day: shopping with family, new things, nice and original boxes, and beautiful bags!!!! I love knitting (only crochet!), the balance of the day is perfect!!! I agree with you all, cards are literal and accurate! Muchas Estrellas!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for noticing my tarot bag. Before my neck injury I use to knit a bag for every deck I got. Sometimes I crochet them too :)
DeleteIt's really very pretty and it has a special value because you did it, you created it, you chose colours, yarns or threads, all made and "powered by Ellen" :) Muchas Estrellas!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletethanks That is so sweet of you to say :)
DeleteOh these are quite lovely and what a good idea!
ReplyDeleteHi Jenna, I couldn't agree more :)
DeleteI love these!
ReplyDeleteI have a couple here, but never thought of using them as you have. Great idea and a wonderful thing to collect! They do look very good in multiples. Thanks for the inspiration.
The decks just fit perfectly and they are easy to stack. I didn't buy them for all my decks because that would be boring. I like to vary with storage possibilities.
