And then I pulled the Knight of Cups, who’s
dreams are his treasures.
He is coming along for the second time this month to
share his wisdom, which is plain and simple: follow your heart.
Don’t lose
sight of your heart’s desire; keep your cup in front of you and follow it. As
simple as it may sound we all know this is quite a challenge and it is asking a
lot of our creativity and imagination
We do have to
be careful not to lose ourselves in the emotional and dreamy state of mind of
the Knight of Cups. Again some need for balance is advisable. Maybe he has a
sheathed sword on his left hand side??? We’ll never know. But I do hope he is
brave enough to cross the river so we can move forward.

your own unguarded thoughts.” Buddha
I think there is a big distinction between following your emotions and following your heart. Usually if I follow my feelings, what I do is more or less a reaction to something. But following my heart comes from a deeper place I think. :)
ReplyDeleteWhen you follow your heart you will be more inclined to respond than to react.I find it often very difficult to reach down so deep I can find my hearts desire. Maybe I am afraid for what I will find.
DeleteYes I agree feelings are just that, not right or wrong. When I trust my heart I am trusting my intuition and that still quiet voice that will give discernment and wisdom. The more I trust, the more trust I gain, and I find my way along the path.

DeleteIt is all about Trust today, my friend. :D
I just got through reading today's post and then came to this one. Looks like you pulled those ten swords out and then decided to carry them with you as wands. Something to think about there. If they were weighing you down, why continue to carry them. Best of luck sorting through your swords of life. :) Have a great week.
