Compromise between adventure and laziness

Every now and then I just look at the cards and feel no urge to read the guidebook for more “spiritual and in depth” interpretations, to expand on my own plain obvious impression. Today I’ll just stick with the daily ordinariness of this reading.
This three cards read almost like three Lennies with the center card as main topic:

Osho Zen Tarot
So today is all about compromise between two options: adventure and Laziness
Of course when you think about adventure, excitement and surprises come to mind. But we’re not always are up to that. Sometimes the only thing we want is to push root in our couch; especially during weekends. And the cards tell us that’s okay too. Although adventure does include freedom  and exploring possibilities, it also requires a lot of creative energy and perseverance.
So this weekend we’ll get to do both. It is up to you how the scales are balanced. Enjoy!

  1. What a great reading! Funny how the people in the cards on the end are even facing opposite directions (thus as the center card indicates, a compromise is needed.). I definitely need to adhere to this wisdom for the weekend.

    1. Thanks for pointing that out to me I hadn't even notice it myself. That's what you get when you do a quick reading :D

  2. Hah! I love how these cards lined up! How perfect :) Yes, I think weekends are made for a nice balance of laziness and excitement. I'm hoping to find my own compromise between the two this week as we search for a Christmas tree, attend a local arts and crafts event, and I also try to catch up some much needed sleep!!!

    1. Do you attend the event as a customer or a seller?
Any way I wish a you a great tree hunt. We have an artificial tree now, but I can remember the joy when we went tree hunting and found our "perfect tree". And the smell.... :)

    2. Indeed, the evergreen smell is wonderful! Nope, just attending as a visitor (and potential buyer!). My husband was thinking about having a booth for his photography but life has just been too busy to plan for that. So we will simply attend. And then do some holiday decorating!! :-D
