Yes where would we be without stories. As a former teacher I've learned to tell stories by heart and I loved it just as much as my pupils loved listening to themEllenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02617686222764658629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158245992923239671.post-44948392721478805462015-11-05T22:31:59.232+01:002015-11-05T22:31:59.232+01:00Thanks WM! The tradition of oral story telling has always been such a powerful thing. Though in our Western culture we have lost much of this vital tradition, it is definitely coming around again, because I believe people are hungry for it. This is especially what I love about Tarot, it is the story...of life.

Lovely insightful post Ellen.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08478520659409723872noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158245992923239671.post-30907698841822054072015-11-05T20:20:08.573+01:002015-11-05T20:20:08.573+01:00ha ha. The guidebook actually references how when a young child tells a story they forge ahead without pausing, using lots of "and then"s. It suggests reading the cards that way, by putting "and then" in between each one. I really enjoyed reading the cards like a story. It's awesome how you were able to link all those cards into your personal story. Very well done. The Wandering Magpiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12247366893649239809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158245992923239671.post-79056521256061689322015-11-05T16:23:30.932+01:002015-11-05T16:23:30.932+01:00Thanks Sharyn Once we can embrace this notion we ...Thanks Sharyn Once we can embrace this notion we will fully grasp the beauty of it :DEllenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02617686222764658629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158245992923239671.post-62763759049404050892015-11-05T16:19:01.378+01:002015-11-05T16:19:01.378+01:00Beautifully written.
