Then I read about your own neck issues. Holding that kind of tension in that part of the body affects all the other parts of the body. Loosening just the jaw alone can do wonders to bring some ease and peace to the moment. I often don't realize how much I'm holding in my jaw until I consciously relax it. Same with routines, some no longer serve us. Laying on the floor with your legs straight up the wall sometimes will relief tension in the spine and neck. That 90° angle releases tension.
